Tsunade Figure: Why I Created My Own Lady Tsunade

I Created a Tsunade Figure in the Image I Had Always Loved

The first things I noticed about Tsunade were her long blonde hair and green haori. The diamond-shaped mark on her forehead also stood out immediately. Her mature figure made her look different from the other female ninjas.

When she appeared before Jiraiya and Naruto, she never acted like someone who needed protection. Her posture felt confident, and her expression kept people at a distance.

Later, I watched her meet Naruto and accept the Fifth Hokage position. I also saw her protect Konoha and enter the Fourth Great Ninja War. My feelings no longer came from her appearance alone.

Tsunade left Konoha after losing Nawaki and Dan Kato. Gambling and alcohol helped her avoid those memories for a time. Naruto’s determination eventually pushed her to return and face the responsibilities she had abandoned.

She knew that trusting someone again could lead to another painful loss. Even so, she accepted that risk. This choice became one reason I wanted to create my own Tsunade figure.

The Tsunade figure needed a mature face. Her eyes also had to carry the authority of a Hokage. The body needed to preserve the adult features shown in the original character design.

She could not become an unfamiliar blonde woman with a full figure. Clothing alone could not establish her identity either. Every part had to support the image of Lady Tsunade.

The Argument in Tanzaku Town Made Tsunade Remember Nawaki

Tsunade Had No Intention of Returning to Konoha

When Jiraiya and Naruto found Tsunade, she was gambling and drinking away from Konoha. She had no intention of returning to become Hokage.

The Third Hokage had died, so the village urgently needed a new leader. Tsunade still regarded the title as a dream that led people towards death.

Naruto became angry when he heard her dismiss the Hokage position. Becoming Hokage had always been his most important goal.

He could not accept anyone mocking that dream. He also could not understand why someone as powerful as Tsunade had chosen to escape from it.

Nawaki and Dan Changed the Meaning of the Hokage Dream

Tsunade’s attitude came from the deaths of Nawaki and Dan. Nawaki dreamed of becoming Hokage when he was young.

She gave him the necklace inherited from the First Hokage. He died shortly afterwards during the war.

Dan later carried the same dream. His death left Tsunade with another loss that she could not repair.

After losing both men, she began to distrust the Hokage dream. To her, it seemed to lead the people she loved towards death.

Naruto Refused to Repeat the Same Tragedy

Naruto continued repeating his ambition directly in front of her. Tsunade mocked him and challenged him to master the Rasengan within a limited time.

He continued training every day. An injured palm, unstable chakra, and physical exhaustion did not make him stop.

As she watched him, Tsunade began to remember Nawaki. Naruto’s age and stubborn manner resembled her younger brother.

However, Naruto also proved that the same dream did not have to end in the same tragedy. His actions slowly changed the meaning of the memories she carried.

The Necklace Marked Her Decision to Trust Again

Naruto finally used the Rasengan while protecting Tsunade. After that moment, she chose to give him the First Hokage’s necklace.

She also placed a gentle kiss on his forehead. Through that gesture, Tsunade allowed herself to trust another person with the Hokage dream.

She understood how painful that trust could become. Still, she did not take the necklace back or dismiss Naruto’s goal again.

This stage influenced the first face of the Tsunade figure. A bright and carefree smile would not suit her emotional state.

I kept the movement of her lips subtle. Her eyes showed observation, doubt, and the beginning of change.

Tsunade Had to Choose When Orochimaru Offered to Revive the Dead

Orochimaru Used Her Deepest Wish Against Her

Orochimaru offered to revive Nawaki and Dan. In return, Tsunade had to heal his damaged arms.

The offer reached the desire she had tried hardest to suppress. She genuinely wanted to see both men again.

Tsunade did not reject him immediately. She seriously considered the proposal and came close to accepting it.

Her hesitation matched her experience. No matter how advanced her medical ninjutsu became, she had failed to save the people who mattered most.

Orochimaru placed that impossible wish before her. He then asked her to exchange Konoha’s safety for a return to the past.

She Chose the Living Over the Dead

Shizune tried to stop her. Tsunade also knew that Orochimaru would attack Konoha again after recovering his arms.

In the end, she rejected the temptation to revive the dead. She chose to fight him instead.

That choice closed the path back to her former life. It also restored her responsibility towards the people who were still alive.

Her Fear of Blood Did Not Disappear

During the battle, blood triggered the trauma caused by Dan’s death. Tsunade’s body trembled, and she struggled to move.

Naruto then suffered an injury while protecting her. His actions forced her to face the situation in front of her.

She pushed through the fear and returned to the fight. The memory of Dan had not disappeared, but it no longer controlled every movement.

Tsunade released the Strength of a Hundred Seal. She used Mitotic Regeneration and fought Orochimaru and Kabuto directly.

Her fear did not vanish suddenly. She simply decided that it would no longer control her body.

The Second Face Came From This Decision

Her decision to become the Fifth Hokage came from the same turning point. She could not change the deaths of Nawaki and Dan.

However, she could protect the people who remained in Konoha. She could also help Naruto reach the future he had promised to pursue.

I gave the second Tsunade figure face stronger eyes and a tighter mouth. This expression belonged to the moment after she chose to fight.

Exaggerated anger was unnecessary. Her refusal to retreat had to appear before the body even moved.

After Entering the Hokage Office, She Began by Treating the Injured

Tsunade Returned as Both Hokage and Doctor

Tsunade officially became the Fifth Hokage after returning to Konoha. She did not limit herself to documents and village administration.

Instead, she immediately used medical ninjutsu to treat injured people throughout the village.

Itachi’s Tsukuyomi had caused severe mental damage to Kakashi and Sasuke. Ordinary medical ninja could not restore them.

Tsunade treated both men herself. Her return therefore changed their immediate future, not only the leadership of Konoha.

Rock Lee Received an Honest Choice

Rock Lee had suffered serious injuries during the Chunin Exams. Those injuries could have ended his life as a ninja.

Tsunade examined him and explained the risks of surgery honestly. She did not hide the danger behind comforting words.

Lee still chose the operation. Tsunade then performed it herself and gave him a chance to continue his path.

She did not refuse because failure frightened her. Instead, she used her experience after explaining the worst possible result.

Sakura Inherited Tsunade’s Medical Discipline

Tsunade also began training Sakura. She demanded precise chakra control and accurate assessment of injuries.

Sakura also needed enough physical strength to protect herself. Medical skill alone would not keep her safe on a battlefield.

Later, Sakura could treat wounded ninja independently. She also summoned Katsuyu and used the Strength of a Hundred Seal.

Those abilities developed through Tsunade’s strict and sustained training.

The Hands Needed to Show Two Kinds of Strength

These events influenced the hands of the Tsunade figure. They could not look delicate without purpose.

They needed to suggest precise medical work. At the same time, they had to look capable of shattering the ground.

I kept the fingers in adult proportions. The internal joints supported clenched fists, relaxed arms, and natural resting positions.

Her shoulders also needed enough width. Lady Tsunade has a full figure and exceptional close-combat strength.

The shoulders, upper arms, and waist therefore required a stable structure. The clothing could then rest over a body that still carried physical power.

During Pain’s Attack, Tsunade Gave Her Chakra to the Entire Village

Katsuyu Carried Her Chakra Across Konoha

When Pain attacked Konoha, Tsunade did not protect only the people around the Hokage building.

She summoned Katsuyu and divided the slug across the village. Through Katsuyu, she transferred chakra to civilians and wounded ninja.

This decision matched her role as both a medical ninja and the Fifth Hokage. She needed to understand the condition of many injured people.

At the same time, she had to keep the surviving ninja organised during the attack.

She Trusted Naruto’s Growth

Some members of Konoha’s leadership feared Naruto would fall into Akatsuki hands. They wanted to keep him away from the village.

Tsunade continued to trust him. She no longer viewed Naruto as a weapon that others should hide.

She had watched his growth herself. She also knew that he would accept responsibility for Konoha.

Protecting the Village Exhausted Her Body

During Pain’s destruction of Konoha, Tsunade protected many people through Katsuyu.

The enormous chakra consumption ended her ability to maintain a youthful appearance. Her body later fell into a coma.

This physical cost came from protecting the village. It did not come from losing a simple one-on-one fight.

The Skeleton Needed to Support Exhaustion

This part of her story changed the poses planned for the Tsunade figure. I did not want her body permanently held upright.

A Hokage can carry authority without keeping every muscle tense. Tsunade also becomes exhausted after using too much chakra.

She may need to sit or lean forward. After battle, she can even lose the strength to support herself.

The internal skeleton therefore supported standing, sitting, and a slight forward lean.

Her arms could rest beside her legs or rise into a combat position. The movement served different story moments instead of displaying joint numbers.

After Jiraiya’s Death, Tsunade Still Had to Manage Konoha

She Handled Her Duty Before Her Grief

Jiraiya entered the Hidden Rain Village to investigate Pain and never returned.

His death deeply affected Tsunade. He remained one of the few old companions who had survived the wars around her.

Even then, she did not collapse for a long period in front of the office staff.

Konoha still needed the Hokage to make decisions. Naruto also needed to hear the truth about Jiraiya.

Tsunade handled those duties first. Her grief appeared later when she stood alone.

She Did Not Escape From Konoha Again

Tsunade had already lost Nawaki and Dan. In the past, she escaped from Konoha to avoid those memories.

After Jiraiya’s death, she did not abandon the Hokage position. Leaving could not bring the dead back.

It would only remove protection from the people who remained alive.

The Face Needed Tiredness as Well as Authority

This event confirmed that the Tsunade figure could not show only anger and confidence.

Her eyes needed a trace of tiredness. Without it, the face would ignore years of war and repeated loss.

I avoided exaggerated ageing beneath the eyes. Slightly deeper eye sockets gave enough weight to the expression.

A steady gaze and restrained mouth completed the effect. She remained beautiful while looking like an experienced adult woman.

Naruto Shippuden Lady Tsunade Entered the Battlefield as a Hokage

She Fought Madara Beside the Other Kage

During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Tsunade joined the other four Kage against Madara Uchiha.

She no longer stayed behind the front line to provide treatment. Instead, she entered one of the most dangerous battles herself.

Tsunade released the Strength of a Hundred Seal. She used years of stored chakra for regeneration and attack.

Madara believed a medical ninja should avoid the front line. Tsunade answered through action rather than argument.

She healed her companions, endured severe injuries, and struck the enemy directly.

She Chose the Other Kage Before Herself

The battle caused terrible damage to her body. Even after Madara nearly cut her in half, she continued thinking about the others.

Tsunade instructed Katsuyu to treat the other Kage first. That decision matched the responsibility she accepted after returning to Konoha.

She dealt with the people who remained alive before turning towards her own injuries.

Her Senju Legacy Appeared Through Action

At this stage, the Tsunade Shippuden story no longer needed dialogue about the Senju will.

Her behaviour on the battlefield already showed that Senju Tsunade had accepted Hashirama’s legacy.

She did not copy the First Hokage’s fighting style. Instead, she built her own approach through medicine, regeneration, and close combat.

The Stronger Face Did Not Need a Shout

When I designed the stronger Tsunade figure face, I kept her mouth closed.

A focused forward gaze suited the moment before an attack more naturally than an open-mouthed shout.

I also avoided an exaggerated jumping pose. A silicone figure carries physical weight that a small plastic figure does not.

A lowered and stable centre of gravity showed her strength more clearly.

Tsunade True Form and the Face Revealed After Her Chakra Was Exhausted

Her Youthful Appearance Depends on Chakra

Tsunade uses a technique to maintain her youthful appearance.

When she consumes an extreme amount of chakra, she can no longer sustain that technique. Her face and body then show the signs of age.

Fans often describe this state with the phrase Tsunade true form.

However, that description can create a misleading idea. It may suggest that her familiar face never truly belonged to her.

Both Faces Belong to the Same Woman

Tsunade originally possessed those familiar features when she was young.

As she aged, she continued preserving the appearance she had chosen for herself.

Her youthful face depends on chakra control. The aged state shows time and physical exhaustion.

Both appearances belong to the same person.

Questions about Tsunade real appearance often focus only on whether she is secretly old.

I found her need for control more interesting. She could not control death or bring Nawaki, Dan, and Jiraiya back.

However, she could still control the image that other people saw.

I Chose the Fifth Hokage Appearance

I considered creating an additional aged face for the Tsunade figure but eventually decided against it.

The figure mainly represented Tsunade during her years as the Fifth Hokage.

An aged face would have divided the focus. It also required different skin texture, eye sockets, and mouth details.

Instead, I preserved a mature facial structure. I did not reduce her features to those of a young girl.

The chin, cheeks, and eyes needed to belong to an adult woman. That structure kept the face consistent with her body and history.

The Forehead Mark Required Careful Balance

The diamond mark in the centre of her forehead went through several adjustments.

A small mark lost its visual importance. A large one looked like a decoration placed over the skin.

I balanced its final position with the eyebrows, hairline, and forehead space.

This placement kept the Tsunade figure recognisable without letting the mark dominate every feature.

I Wanted a Tsunade Figure That Could Change Its Pose

A Fixed Resin Pose Could Not Show Every Side of Her

A conventional rigid figure can preserve one battle pose in great detail.

The folds of the clothing and the direction of the hair can also remain fixed.

I already had similar collectibles in my room. For this project, I wanted a different experience.

The Tsunade figure needed to appear differently at different times.

The Body Needed to Match Her Changing Mood

While wearing her green haori, she could stand more formally.

After changing into relaxed clothing, she could sit beside the cabinet.

The stronger face needed firmer shoulders and arms. The calmer face worked better with a relaxed posture.

Changing the expression alone would not create the full effect. The body also had to support the new mood.

Silicone and a Metal Skeleton Made This Possible

For that reason, I used a full silicone body with an internal metal skeleton.

The silicone gave the skin and curves a different appearance from hard resin.

Meanwhile, the skeleton provided support for standing, sitting, and arm movement.

This structure cannot move as quickly as a small plastic action figure.

Every adjustment to the shoulders, elbows, and hips requires slow movement. Careless handling can place continuous strain on the outer silicone.

After completing the Tsunade figure, I did not change the pose frequently.

I usually adjusted it when changing clothes or preparing a different photograph.

Each Face Belonged to a Different Scene

The two interchangeable faces matched different moments in Tsunade’s life.

The calmer expression suited the Hokage office and her later years after leaving the position.

The stronger expression worked with a battle pose.

Once the face, shoulders, and arms changed together, the entire Tsunade figure carried a different presence.

I Liked Tsunade’s Sexuality and Chose to Preserve It

Her Adult Appeal Was Part of My Interest

Tsunade has a full bust, narrow waist, mature face, and confident way of moving.

Many people first noticed her because of these physical traits. I did too.

That attraction does not weaken her character development.

Someone can admire the responsibility she showed while protecting Konoha. The same person can also appreciate her adult body.

Both feelings can exist together without shame.

The Body Needed Balanced Adult Proportions

When I shaped the Tsunade figure body, I preserved her recognisable chest-to-waist proportions.

The bust did not use the same firmness as the rest of the body.

A softer internal structure gave it a natural outline beneath clothing. It also created different movement when the pose changed.

The waist could not become unnaturally thin just to make the chest appear larger.

Tsunade needed to stand securely and still resemble a powerful close-combat ninja.

The waist, abdomen, and hips therefore formed a continuous curve.

This structure allowed the body to look complete with or without clothing.

I Followed a Tsunade Hentai Direction From the Start

From the beginning, I developed the Tsunade figure in a Tsunade hentai direction.

The clothing could come off, and the silicone body retained a complete adult structure.

These choices came from my attraction to Tsunade’s sexuality.

I did not want to hide them behind the appearance of an ordinary collectible.

The Tsunade Naked State Exposed Every Proportion

The Tsunade naked state also helped me inspect the proportions.

The green haori and grey top concealed the connections between the shoulders, chest, waist, and hips.

Once I removed the clothing, every unnatural transition became visible.

I adjusted the distance between the chest and shoulders several times.

The waistline also required reshaping before the body looked continuous.

Without clothing, the completed Tsunade figure still looked like a mature Lady Tsunade.

After I restored her familiar outfit, the adult form remained visible beneath it.

The Final Form Did Not Need One Category

The finished design stood between a Hentai figure, a Sex Doll, and an Anime figure.

I did not need to force the Tsunade figure into only one category.

The face, hair, forehead mark, body, and clothing all supported the same identity.

Whether dressed or undressed, she still needed to look like Tsunade.

I Made Her as a Mini Tsunade Figure So She Would Fit Naturally in My Room

A Life-Size Body Would Have Controlled the Room

A Tsunade close to human height would have caused obvious space problems.

She would need a permanent standing area. Dressing, moving, and storing her would also require more physical effort.

Anyone entering the room would notice her immediately.

My bedroom did not have enough unused space for a life-size adult doll.

Privacy also mattered to me. For those reasons, I chose a smaller scale from the beginning.

The Mini Tsunade Figure Still Needed Full Detail

I developed the Tsunade figure as a Mini Tsunade figure.

The final height preserved the face, hairstyle, Strength of a Hundred Seal, body curves, and clothing details.

At the same time, I could move her without assistance.

When changing the clothes, I placed her on a padded surface and completed the work alone.

Reducing the Scale Made the Face More Difficult

The smaller size created new problems for the face and hands.

Eyes and lips can lose their presence when reduced according to exact human proportions.

Fingers can also look toy-like when made slightly thicker.

I adjusted the relationship between the eyes, lips, and eyebrows.

This allowed the expression to remain visible from a normal distance.

The palms and fingers stayed as slender as possible. They still needed enough structure to hold their form after moulding.

Mini Size Solved Practical Problems

The smaller scale did not remove the internal skeleton or silicone body.

It also kept the interchangeable faces and removable clothing.

Choosing a mini sex doll solved problems involving display, movement, and privacy.

It did not reduce the attention given to the Tsunade figure.

She could stand beside the low cabinet in my bedroom.

She could also sit in a supported position.

When someone visited, I could cover her with a cloth or move her elsewhere.

Photography also became easier because I did not need to clear the whole room.

A Small Sex Doll Format Matched My Living Space

A small sex doll format worked better in my room than a life-size model.

For the same reason, a mini sex doll UK collector could place in an ordinary bedroom made practical sense.

A mini sexdoll could remain private while offering more presence than a desktop figure.

The Tsunade figure still showed silicone skin, body curves, clothing, and pose changes.

However, she did not force me to arrange every piece of furniture around her.

Tsunade in Boruto Had Already Left the Hokage Office

She Passed Konoha to a New Generation

By the time of Boruto, Naruto had become Hokage.

Tsunade no longer handled the daily affairs of Konoha. Her appearances also became less frequent.

She did not need to stand at the centre of every new conflict.

Her Work Continued After She Stepped Down

This quieter life suited everything she had already completed.

She led Konoha through reconstruction and responded to the threats from Akatsuki and Pain.

Tsunade also fought directly in the Fourth Great Ninja War.

Sakura had grown into a medical ninja who could carry responsibility independently.

The medical system that Tsunade helped establish also continued throughout the village.

Tsunade in Boruto Still Carried Her Experience

The story of Tsunade in Boruto does not require her to lose the judgement she developed as Hokage.

She simply passed the main responsibility for Konoha to the next generation.

She no longer needed to prove her value from behind the Hokage desk every day.

The Calmer Face Matched Her Later Life

I often thought about this period when using the calmer interchangeable face.

She still retained the maturity and authority of the Fifth Hokage.

However, her eyes no longer needed the same focus that appeared before battle.

When the Tsunade figure sat beside the cabinet with relaxed arms, she looked like someone who had left the Hokage office.

The wars remained part of her history. Her body no longer needed to prepare constantly for another fight.

I Finally Placed Her Beside the Low Cabinet in My Bedroom

The Clothing Needed Its Own Adjustments

When I dressed the Tsunade figure in the complete outfit, the green haori did not fall naturally around the shoulders.

I adjusted both arms and rearranged the top and belt.

After those changes, the fabric formed more convincing folds along the silicone body.

The Cabinet Area Gave Her a Stable Place

I did not place her in the centre of the room.

The area beside the low bedroom cabinet offered enough support.

It also kept her away from direct sunlight.

Side lighting still reached the face and revealed the eyes, mouth, and forehead mark.

Each Expression Needed a Different Posture

With the calm face, I positioned her at a slight angle.

Both arms rested in a relaxed position.

After changing to the stronger face, I adjusted the shoulders and arms.

Her centre of gravity then moved forward and suggested that she was preparing to act.

I Did Not Change Her Pose Every Day

The Tsunade figure did not need a new pose each day.

Silicone and an internal skeleton work better when they remain in one position for a period.

Repeated bending can place unnecessary stress on the materials.

I normally changed her pose during clothing changes, cleaning, or photography.

The Finished Figure Matched My Original Idea

From the doorway, the Tsunade figure looked like a large model from my collection of Naruto figures.

At a closer distance, the silicone skin and soft chest became visible.

The removable clothing and adult body also separated her from a standard collectible.

This result matched what I had wanted from the beginning.

The Tsunade figure offered a presence that a rigid figure could not provide.

At the same time, she did not occupy the entire room like a life-size doll.

I first noticed Tsunade because of her appearance.

My interest continued because she faced loss, returned to Konoha, and protected the village.

Those impressions eventually entered the face, body, clothing, and posture of the figure.

She does not represent the only correct version of Tsunade.

She is the private version I created from the period, expression, and scale I loved.

Now the Tsunade figure can remain quietly in my room.

Readers can revisit her original history through the official Naruto retrospective on Tsunade and the Fifth Hokage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why Did Tsunade Become the Fifth Hokage?

The deaths of Nawaki and Dan caused Tsunade to leave Konoha.

She also lost faith in the Hokage dream.

Naruto’s determination forced her to confront those memories.

She rejected Orochimaru’s offer to revive the dead and chose to protect the living.

After making that choice, she returned to Konoha as the Fifth Hokage.

Why Was Tsunade Afraid of Blood?

Dan died in front of Tsunade after suffering fatal injuries.

She could not save him with medical ninjutsu.

The experience caused severe trauma.

Later, large amounts of blood made her body tremble and prevented normal movement.

Is Tsunade’s Aged Face Her Only Real Appearance?

Tsunade uses a technique to maintain her youthful appearance.

When she consumes too much chakra, she can no longer sustain it.

The signs of age then become visible.

Her youthful face and aged state both belong to her under different chakra conditions.

Why Does Tsunade Have Such Strong Adult Appeal?

Tsunade has a mature face, full figure, and confident posture.

Her forceful personality also strengthens her adult appeal.

Her roles as a medical ninja, Hokage, and fighter connect that sexuality with her personal history.

Why Does an Adult Tsunade Figure Still Need an Accurate Face?

An adult body can express sexuality, but it cannot establish the character alone.

The face shape, eyes, blonde hair, forehead mark, and expression must work together.

Without those details, the Tsunade figure may look like an unrelated adult woman in similar clothes.

Why Did I Choose a Mini Tsunade Figure Instead of a Life-Size Version?

A smaller figure takes up less room.

It is also easier to move, dress, store, and keep private.

Careful work on the face, proportions, clothing, and skeleton can preserve the Tsunade figure at a reduced scale.

Is Tsunade Still the Hokage in Boruto?

Tsunade is no longer the Hokage during Boruto.

Naruto and the new generation handle Konoha’s main affairs.

Her experience and influence remain, but she no longer leads the village every day.
