Your privacy is important to us. We label the product on the package only as "anime figures" or "anime toys".

All orders are packed in plain brown cartons without patterns, product images, or other identifying markings. This helps provide a discreet and private delivery experience.

Logistics & Shipping Services

We use different shipping methods based on the destination so that each order can follow the most suitable delivery route.

For European destinations, we use dedicated European shipping routes. The estimated transportation time is approximately 15 days.

For all other destinations that we ship to, we use UPS Express. The estimated transportation time is approximately 3–7 days.

Our delivery network also works with professional logistics providers such as UPS, DPD, DHL, and other carriers.

Except for the South American destinations specifically noted below, we cover all shipping costs and customs duties. Customers do not need to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees when receiving their orders.

Logistics Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you can check the latest delivery information through our Shipment Tracking page .

For orders using dedicated European shipping routes, tracking information may update less frequently during the international transportation stage.

Please do not worry. This is a normal part of the European dedicated shipping process.

Before the package reaches the destination country and begins customs clearance, detailed tracking updates may be limited.

Once customs clearance is completed, tracking information will resume updating and synchronize with the relevant logistics platforms.

Delivery & Transportation Time

We ship orders within 3 working days after receiving the order. The delivery times below refer to the estimated transportation time after the order has been shipped.
European Destinations

For European destinations, we use dedicated European shipping routes.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Other Destinations
Approx. 3–7 Days

For all other destinations that we ship to, we use UPS Express.

Shipping Country / Region Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

Algeria, Azores Islands, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Madeira Islands, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Cyprus, and countries or regions affected by armed conflicts.

Important Notice for Shipments to South American Countries

Due to the different customs policies in South American countries, shipments may be subject to high customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other additional or unexpected charges.

These charges are determined entirely by local customs authorities, are unpredictable, and our company cannot accurately estimate or calculate them in advance.

Our company is not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes, fees, or related charges. All such costs shall be borne by the buyer or importer.

We strongly recommend that buyers understand these risks before placing an order for delivery to any South American destination.
